Event management isn't exactly what we're known for but we enjoy planning events for our clients, especially when they're part of the overall public relations and communications strategy.
When we're called in to manage an event, it's usually an extension of our public relations services (at the most basic, we're talking about stand-alone media events such as media conferences).
Nevertheless, that shouldn't stop you from calling us...after all we HAVE handled a few large events (without the PR part) over the years. Here are some samples of our past events.
If you're still not sure on who to hire to plan and manage your events here's a guide to hiring an event planner/manager
Our scope of work for event management:
planning - determining the objectives; proposing the concept and theme; and proposing the budget
management - manage the entire process from start to finish, and ensuring that the event outcomes meet the objectives and is on budget
execution - actual implementation of the event
This would apply for any sort of event that we are involved in, be it media conferences, product launches, corporate dinners, forums, roadshows etc.
